At HotelPro Manager, we strive to provide high-quality hotel management software. If you're not satisfied with our service, we offer refunds under certain conditions as outlined below.
Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
- 30-Day Refund Guarantee: If you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service for more than 48 hours, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
- After 30 Days: No refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions after the initial 30-day period.
Annual Subscriptions
- 14-Day Refund Guarantee: You may cancel and receive a full refund within the first 14 days of your annual subscription.
- Technical Issues: If critical technical issues persist for more than 7 days, you may request a prorated refund.
- After 14 Days: Refunds are not available for annual subscriptions after the initial 14-day period.
Lifetime License
- 7-Day Refund Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Technical Issues: If the software is fundamentally broken and cannot be used, you may request a refund within 30 days.
- No Refunds After 30 Days: Lifetime licenses are non-refundable after the initial 30-day period.
Payment Processing Refunds
For payments processed through our integrated payment gateway (Razorpay):
- Failed Transactions: If a payment fails due to technical issues on our end, we will process a full refund automatically.
- Duplicate Charges: Any duplicate charges will be refunded immediately upon request.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact us immediately for a full refund.
Refund Process
- Contact Support: Email us at info@hotelprosolutions.com with your refund request, including your account details and reason for the refund.
- Review Period: We will review your request within 2-3 business days.
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will appear in your original payment method.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services used beyond the refund eligibility period
- Custom development or integration services
- Third-party services or add-ons
- Refunds requested due to change of mind after eligibility period
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on usage or specific circumstances. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, your account may be suspended, and you may lose access to our services. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and recover any associated fees.
