Payment processing terms and conditions for HotelPro Manager subscriptions and services.

Payment Processing

HotelPro Manager uses Razorpay, a secure payment gateway, to process all payments. By making a payment, you agree to these payment terms and Razorpay's terms of service.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through Razorpay:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay)
  • Debit Cards (All major banks)
  • Net Banking (Major Indian banks)
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Wallet Payments (Paytm, Mobikwik, Ola Money, etc.)
  • Bank Transfer/NEFT

Billing Cycles

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Billing occurs on the same date each month
  • Charges appear as "HOTELPRO SOLUTIONS" on your statement
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Late fees may apply for overdue payments

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual billing occurs on the subscription start date
  • Discounted rate compared to monthly billing
  • Auto-renewal unless cancelled

Lifetime Licenses

  • One-time payment with no recurring charges
  • Includes all future updates and basic support
  • Non-refundable after 7 days

Payment Security

Your payment information is processed securely through Razorpay:

  • 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions
  • PCI DSS Level 1 compliance
  • 3D Secure authentication for eligible cards
  • No storage of sensitive card information on our servers

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • You will receive multiple payment retry notifications
  • Service access may be temporarily suspended
  • A late fee of ₹500 may be applied after 7 days
  • Account reactivation requires payment of outstanding amounts

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

  • All chargebacks will be disputed with full documentation
  • Chargeback fees will be charged to the account holder
  • Accounts with excessive chargebacks may be terminated
  • Resolution follows Razorpay's dispute process

Taxes

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes:

  • GST (Goods and Services Tax) as applicable
  • International customers may be subject to local taxes
  • Tax invoices are provided for all transactions

Currency

  • All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • International cards are converted at the current exchange rate
  • Additional currency conversion fees may apply

Auto-Renewal

Subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled:

  • Renewal notifications sent 7 days in advance
  • Same payment method used for renewal
  • Price increases notified 30 days in advance
  • Cancellation must be completed before renewal date

Payment Confirmation

After successful payment:

  • You receive an email confirmation from both HotelPro and Razorpay
  • Invoice is available in your account dashboard
  • Service activation is immediate for digital products
  • Physical deliverables shipped within 7-10 business days
