How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your HotelPro Manager subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Here's how:

Self-Service Cancellation

  1. Log in to your HotelPro Manager account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation
  5. You will receive a confirmation email

Cancellation via Support

If you prefer to cancel by contacting us:

  • Subject: Subscription Cancellation Request
  • Include your account email and reason for cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel?

Immediate Effects

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have full access to all features during this period
  • No new charges will be processed after cancellation

End of Billing Period

  • Access to premium features will be disabled
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days in case you decide to reactivate
  • You can export your data during this grace period
  • After 90 days, your account may be permanently deleted

Cancellation Deadlines

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid charges
  • Cancellations made after billing has occurred will take effect at the end of the current month

Annual Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime during your annual term
  • No refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions (see Refund Policy)
  • Access continues until the end of the paid annual period

Lifetime Licenses

  • Lifetime licenses are non-refundable but can be cancelled
  • Upon cancellation, you lose access to software updates and support
  • You retain the right to use the software version you have

Data Retention and Export

After cancellation:

  • Your data remains accessible for 90 days
  • You can export all your hotel data, guest information, and reports
  • We recommend downloading backups before the grace period ends
  • Data export tools are available in your account dashboard

Reactivation

If you change your mind within 90 days of cancellation:

  • Contact support to reactivate your account
  • Your data will be restored
  • You may need to resubscribe at current rates
  • Previous billing cycle resumes

Special Circumstances

Business Closure

If your hotel business is closing permanently:

  • Contact us immediately with documentation
  • We may offer special cancellation terms
  • Data export assistance will be provided

Technical Issues

If cancellation is due to unresolved technical problems:

  • Document the issues you've experienced
  • Our support team will investigate
  • May qualify for refund under our Refund Policy

Payment Gateway Cancellation

For subscriptions managed through Razorpay:

  • Cancellation requests are processed through our system
  • Razorpay subscriptions are automatically cancelled
  • No further automatic charges will occur
